Thanks for putting up with all the pictures I posted… Dave V, your suggestion on posting pictures worked out better then what I did at first (I cut off part of my Cup Collection picture)

Etienne… Thanks so much, when I am jonesing for new Cups I can keep the monkey at bay by looking at other’s collections… a quick fix.

Below are pictures that are not cut off from my first attempt to post….

As always I welcome any comments and I am happy to answer any questions the best that I can.

Thanks,
Bruce

Hey Bruce -

Thanks for posting all the pics. I love your collection and thoroughly enjoy seeing so many beautiful cups. I agree that we seem to have very similar tastes in cups. The only thing is, those pics have the opposite effect on me... instead of quinching my thirst for another set they make me want to buy more and more.

I've got cup fever bad... I've even started measuring purchases in cups. I'll look into buying something and find myself thinking, "That's 3 sets of nice cups... I think I'll pass."

Man I need help.

Best,

Hey DC… I have to admit that I am envious of your JP Copper Cups; I should have grabbed a set when they were available. I know what you mean about figuring things in equivalent Cup values… I was doing that when I purchased tires for the van.

Take care,
Bruce

Etienne --- Nice collection, and a talented son! I like the way he's snapping his fingers while holding the wand.

Thanks guys,

Although it is not a giant collection like some of you have I am still happy to achieve this. It keeps growing, I am still saving up for a set of chick cups and I really want a Don Alan chop cup in antique bronze.

I am hoping that junior gets bitten by the cups virus. Haven't had any luck, he likes to play with them but he likes his trains more than magic.

He isn't snapping the fingers, I believe that's the dirty hand.

Etienne,

I know your plan Wink

"So, would you like a set of Sherwood's for christmas son?"  Grin

Your collections looking great!

An antique bronze Don Alan... I'm looking for a smiley that "drools!"

Etienne…     Your collection looks great!!! Sometimes I wish my son would want a Set of Engraved Sherwood Cups… but alas all he wants is a PS3 or an Xbox.

There might be hope for my youngest daughter… she shows some interest (she is too old for your son).

Well, he fooled me! I like his misdirection. He's on his way to becoming a great magician!

I truly hope so, I always found it important to let the kids express themselves. If not through magic then maybe by music or some other artistic hobby.

Oh man I'm so jealous of those baseballs  Grin
Btw since there is no intro place (well maybe I missed it??) I will do a little intro here then get on topic with the thread.
I'm Mike, I'm 14, All the way from New Zealand, been doing cups and balls for about a year now and yea thats me.
My current set of cups (can only really afford to have one set at a time until I start making more money with performing) is a set of Gary Animal's new Street Devils!  Grin Yea its a set of seconds (but hardly, I think they're fine) and there is no sort of polish finish or anything so they are starting to get a cool Patina look (only had them for about a week and a half), its probably a waste of time putting up a photo (too shameful lol) of my "collection" haha but if you want a photo (since not many have been made yet) I will put one up for you guys.
