Sure there is.

I've just added a two in the hand, one in the pocket sequence as an intro to my cups and balls routine. I'm trying to get the whole thing to run five minutes.

Tell us a bit about how you choose to do the cups and balls.

I do it as a gambling routine. Everything I'm doing these days is based on the con-man... even sponge balls... hmm. In any case, usually I do it right after the shell game. Start with one ball and three cups, show I'm cheating using three and the thing begins. Actually I'm working on a phase where the balls start jumping around on their own, appearing under one cup after I've placed them under different ones, over and over and over again, but I need smaller balls for the method I came up with. When I do figure it out however, it will be a day that will live in infamy, MUAHAHAHAH!!!! Any magicians that show up at the restaurant will instantly die of a heart attack at the greatness that will be my methods! Did I say a heart attack? Nay! A heart explosion!

p.s.

You know I always get a better reaction from 2 in the pocket 1 in the hand then 2 in the hand 1 in the pocket. You may want to see if that works better for you, if you haven't already that is.

This is basically how I do Cups and Balls. The routine has changed a little since then, but it is the same phases. And I just got my new wand! A Bill Palmer style wand from Tabman Tables, it's fantastic!

Eddie,

I'm fixin' to tape my two in the hand/one in the pocket intro to the cups.

You can find it here.

It'll probably be called Intro to the cups or something like that.

Eddie,

I've grown old and feeble. I discovered a tactical error in the routine, watching it on video tape. Give me another day or two. I almost put the bad version up, for your amusement.

Bad form. I'll practice a lot more instead.
