...I am new to doing serious work with it. I have done a few very basic routines with C&B but nothing that has a discernable opening, body and finale. I've been gleaning from a number of sources including, but certainly not limited to Michael Amar and Gazzo.
I am certainly open to suggestions.
I figure after being a member here for almost 2 months It's high time I jumped in. I am Jim and found my way here from the Cafe.
