Andre… they look better each time you post pictures. I can’t wait to see how far you let them turn. I am still trying to get the Squatty’s to turn… Oh how slow the process.

Thanks,
Bruce

Hi, Bruce
Good to see you. Thanks for nice words.

I try to reach coffee-milk color which pretty much I have right now. I will go a bit further.

Do I need to waxed my cup as well to "keep" the color ?

Is it gonna affect the feel of real surface?

Cheers

Andre.... I am sure that the bag project will turn out well. I can't wait to see the wand and bag pictures.

Also waxing a Cup poses no problems (at least that is my experience).

Take care,
Bruce

Andre,

You sound like you know what you are doing anyway but for those who don't (like me!) I found that this helped me a lot!

Andre, that patina is amazing! How long did it take?

That was the sound of my jaw hitting the flaw!  I can't believe that patina.  I would LOVE for mine to have been likethat.  I have used (not just handled in front of the tv) my cups every day and they are like new...

You sir, have some kind of weird cup magic!  They're great!

(nice job on the bag too!)

I am one of the few people that likes shiny cups, but now I am really thinking about mailing them to Andre.

I just love the idea of my Foxy 2.5 looking like that. or maybe I could find a way to get them to a sauna.

Till next time,
Sean

Guys, thanks for the nice comment
I will take a clear picture of the bag soon.

Bruce, the watch didn't do anything. It's my watch actually. Usually I take off my watch so I can free my wrist. Perhaps it should be a load. hahhahaha....

Tom, Thanks for the nice comment

Mike, I don't know if you believe this or not but forming patina like that, it's only took a month.

mindyourmagic, thank you for nice words Smiley

Sean, thanks for nice comment as well. Hmm I'm not sure about sauna though but worth trying to get the color that you want

Cheers

Sean,  I wish I wasn't so visual! Wink

On a serious note, Foxy 2.5's were the cups I missed out on, I was looking for the mega thick's.  Anyway, I wanted to get a set of those, tarnished just like Andre's are now and use really bright "dayglo" 2 tonetennis balls on top.  The cups would look so small and the balls would really "pop."

That would pretty cold.

I can not tell anyone just how great the Foxy 2.5 are. They are my favorite cups I own. They just feel right in my hand.

I received a set of Foxy II.V today, haven't got around to play with them. But they look great, did try to load a tennisball, it fit and easy.
