There is a HUGE sale at RnT2 today! I'm talking HUGE: Mendoza Combo Cups are down to $300, JES Squatty 2 Cups are down to $225, etc! Don't miss this opportunity!

Yes there are some great deals there!!! I suspect that RNT2 is making cost adjustments to current inventory and reacting to the current copper prices.

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving,

I'm wondering if everything is OK at RNT2?  I placed an order back in August.  I can't raise anyone on the phone at RNT2.  I've left messages and emails.

Scott,
At best RNT2 deliveries are quirky. I too have stuff out there since AUG and it has been trickling in. Remember that most of their items are made to order and there have been a series of misfortunate events. Hang in there as best as you can.

Happy Holidays,

Thank you Bruce.  I'd dealt with Jake before and the orders did take time.  I placed a fairly large order in August (2K) and items are still outstanding.  The most expensive item (Mandarin Transformation) arrived this week but is not what was promised.  Instead of 14K, I received what looks like goldish-colored paint.  The finish is uneven and the disks are scratched and spotted with colors from the different colored disks.  Items are still missing.  Now, I hear that the store is going offline in January?

I too have been waiting for some items from them. For over eight months and no one has responded to Emails, voicemails or any other method I've tried to contact them in about half of that. I just wish I'd get some reply.

I ordered different sets with them on the eight of december. These should be shipped on the 14th, but never did. So I asked when it would get shipped and the reply was that it would be shipped on the 17th. They would provide me with a trackingnumber asap, and they promised that the cups would arrive before christmas (I live in the Netherlands so it has to go over the ocean). I hope that they can keep the promise that they maked.

Floyd… Hang in there, part of owning RNT2 Cups it the rite of waiting. I know it’s hard.

Eddie… I know what you mean, don’t laugh at me, but I have a phobia of the US Mail. Oh how I wish RNT2 used UPS or FedEX.

Best wishes to all,

If I read all the messages concerning the speed of delivery then I know that there will be no presents for me under the tree this year.

Tried to contact RnT2 but the website says that the office is closed until the 10th of January.

Did you read the rest of the message?

I've been waiting 2 weeks for an item that was "in stock and ready to ship".  It's only going from VA to PA.  I could have walked there and back by now.  I had ordered one item before from them but it came severely damaged and instead of a refund, I told Epiphany I would just take a store credit as I knew they would be having a huge fire sale.  I picked up a set of the Paul Fox cups for almost nothing, but since I really didn't need them, I'm starting to wish I would have just taken the refund.

I did read the rest of the message, as I said the office is closed and I don't think that while they are producing and shipping also check they're email.

Perhaps that notice means that they just won't be "talking" to customers...

I wrote yesterday about my order that is a month old now and still not received.
I wouldn't normally care about this, but RNT bills you when they TAKE the order, not when they SHIP the order. So they have had my $1200 for a month and I have... hope.

One month? Let me know when you hit the 8 month mark. With no replies for anything for over 4 of those.
