I have had these cups since Christmas and I thought it was time to give them a review.

The Monti cups are named after Harry Monteith, the man who first came up with these iconic cups.

My Monti Cups are made from church bronze and are very highly polished. So much so that they look like gold!

They came in a dark red, velvet bag with a red ribbon drawstring.

Here are the cups:

The outside mouth diameter is 3":

The height is 3":

This gives the cups a stacked height of just under 5 1/2":

Here are the cups stacked:

In the above picture, there are 3 balls in the centre cup - no floating with the 7/8" balls that came with the cups.

I use juggling balls as a final load with these cups. These balls are approx. 2 1/2" in diameter:

I have always liked the shape of the Monti cups, RNT II has made a splendid set of cups and I am grateful that I own this beautiful set.

As I said at the start of this, Monti cups are an icon, so much so that many other companies manufacture/sell cups that are shaped like these, Uday, Ickle Pickle, RNT, RNTII and Trickmaster no name but a few.

I would heartily recommend these cups to anyone.

Great review Tom,

They are an iconic design that's for sure. The red and gold looks great together, I guess you are keeping these polished?

Thanks Bri.

You're right, these are going to stay polished.

Tom,

The cups look nice, of course, and I really like the purple close up pad. That makes the C&B stand out!

Tom… Great review and the Cups are beautiful. I enjoy seeing the Cups in different finishes, it is amazing how different but similar they look compared to Tom G’s blue steel and my copper Cups.

Thanks for writing this,
Bruce
