That is Bruno Ganz playing Hitler, from the film "Der Untergang" (I'm a Bruno fan since he starred in Wim Wender's "The Wings of Desire"). Very powerful performance... and this is JUST LIKE Mystery Science Theater!... "if we get them drunk enough"... hysterical.
