Animal Gazzo cup
I believe it was in 2003 when I purchased this set from Gary. It was right before he went off to New Zealand. It was advertised as Gazzo cups but as seconds which I got for around $95. These aren't really seconds, there is nothing wrong with them. If memory serves me right this set has an altered saddle. Out of several conversations with Gary I found out that this set was a early set of Gazzo's (small top), which has been altered into a regular set of Animal cups. Hence the lines inside the cups.

I have always liked this set, it has a very nice deep brown color and it handles excellent. Nice and heavy. If you are in the opportunity to get your hands on a set of these then don't hesitate. Get it, you won't be sorry.

Etienne,
Thanks for sharing! Great review and it is fascinating about the extra lines inside when the cups started off life as small tops! Hey, maybe that makes them a little more collectable?

Bri,
I hope so. Still they are excellent cups to play with.

Etienne… Those are some great looking Cups, thanks for the write-up… one of these days I will need to get a set. I found the story of how they were modified pretty interesting.
