I just assumed Steve was having an off day Don.  His previous posts have been nothing but up beat, friendly and affable...

Wow! That was so... Wow... WTF?
I'm still not ashamed of "revolving" myself around cups and balls though...

I find both of Steve S's rather amusing on several levels.

It reminds me of some of the posts that I have read on the banjo hangout, which is a forum that is devoted to the 5-string banjo. Once in a while, a tenor banjo player stumbles in by mistake and gets really ticked off because not many of us on that forum play the tenor banjo. There are forums for tenor banjo players.

Steve, if you think that all I am involved with magically is the cups and balls, you would be wayyy off base. I have earned a decent living as a magician with everything from close-up to stage illusions. I've written extensively on mentalism and story magic. I do cards, coins, cigars, bizarre, comedy and even some manipulation.

I'm not going to discuss any of those on this forum, because this forum is dedicated specifically to the cups and balls.

I don't want you to get the idea that anyone is trying to run you off, because I certainly am not, but there are several other forums that are about general magic.

So, take a cup, any cup, look at it and put it back into the stack. Now shuffle them.

It's the center cup.

There -- a take a cup trick.

Do you feel better now?
