These cups are very unusual indeed and quite unique.  There's not a great deal of information regarding them on the net, in fact Auke no longer has them listed on his site, though they are available from Stevens and JB Magic.

Bill has 2 sizes in his museum, I was only aware of the one size.  I think I have the "regulars."

The workmanship on these is very good, it has to be or they wouldn't work!  The idea behind them is that you can cause one cup at a time to vanish until you are left with a single cup.

This idea appealed to me because I already use progressive loading in my own routine to add timed misdirection so making a cup vanish rather than setting it aside was rather appealing...

I need to get some of my routines filmed.  trouble is I never liked cups and balls on film too much, it's not the same..
